MHS: Zijn de producten echt de prijs waard? Klanten delen hun mening!
Mijn indruk van MHS
Persoonlijk vind ik dat MHS over het algemeen betrouwbare producten levert die eigenlijk best wel hun geld waard zijn. Ik heb zelf een paar items van hen gekocht en de kwaliteit viel me prima mee, vooral gezien de lage prijzen. Toch merkte ik dat de pasvorm van sommige producten niet helemaal klopte en dat er af en toe onderdelen kapot gingen. Het zou echt fijn zijn als MHS hier wat meer aandacht aan besteedt. Ook de website is makkelijk te gebruiken en de levering is meestal snel, maar ik heb wel eens problemen gehad met de koeriers en voelde me niet goed gecompenseerd toen er iets misging. Misschien kunnen ze samenwerken met betere bezorgdiensten en duidelijker compenseren als er iets fout gaat. Al met al heb ik verder positieve ervaringen en waardeer ik hun goede klantenservice.De door ons geselecteerde videos.

I ordered a garden sofa set that was…
I ordered a garden sofa set that was due to arrive in 5 boxes. After being told my delivery would arrive on Sunday and waiting all day, it never turned. After speaking with them I was then told it would arrive on the Monday. It did, at 10pm??? But on 3 boxes!! I spoke with Aosom the next day and was told the 2 remaining boxes would arrive that day. Never did. I spoke with them on The Wednesday and was told they would arrive that day. Never did. I spoke with them again and was told they would be with me on Friday. Rang them at lunchtime to see what time my boxes would be arriving only to be told that they would be delivered Saturday. I have cancelled my order and asked for a refund. Utter joke that they have no control over the courier company and no idea where there parcels are on when they are being delivered. I would suggest they change their delivery company. I will not be ordering from them again and would advise anyone against it. The likelihood is you won’t receive your order when you expect it or if you get it at all. Terrible!!! Worst experience I have ever had when ordering on line.

If I could, I'd give -1 star rating. Abysmal company now with poorest contradictory call handlers ever experienced! I've been a good customer of AO.com purchasing numerous white goods over the last 12 months, but my latest order for my son was disastrous. Lets begin with delivery - they hadnt a clue what they were doing and when they left the propert through back gare left it open and the dog was found having nearly got run over. Since when do normal people not close gates after themselves?? Next - problem with fridge and I spoke to customer 'service' who said he could try and put me through to manager or escalation - I suggested we try manager and if unsuccessful then I'd speak to escalatoon team; he replied no that's not possible; it's EITHER one or the other NOT both so I said OK transfer to manager. He returns to the call advising can't get hold of manager so he'll contact escalation, I replied that he'd told me it couldn't be both, so then he says apparently it can. Throughout the discussion he contradicted himself several times first telling me their policy was one thing before then backtracking. Eventually arranged to collect fridge and refund and they couldn't even do that efficiently as at last minute they advised of no room on the van! Still waiting....all of this happened on the day the fridge freezer arrived and hadn't been plugged in and still waiting. I've now cancelled my membership and will shop with John Lewis from now on. Stay away from AO.com as if anything goes wrong they don't want to know.

The delivery driver often comes to the block where I live and he knows he can ring my intercom and I let him in for other people. He greeted me with my parcel as it’s the first time we’ve actually met. A really nice, polite, efficient delivery guy. They are few and far between. Thank you.
