Mijn indruk van Wiggle
Persoonlijk vind ik de reviews over Wiggle best wisselvallig. Veel mensen zijn blij met het ruime aanbod en de snelle levering, wat altijd een pluspunt is. Maar er zijn ook flink wat klachten over hoge retourkosten en soms duurt het wachten op leveringen gewoon te lang. Wat mij opvalt is dat de klantenservice niet altijd even snel reageert; sommige reviewers gaven aan dat het uren duurt voordat ze een antwoord krijgen. Het zou echt helpen als Wiggle hier wat sneller en efficiënter in kan worden. Verder zou een lagere retourkostenmarge ook een groot verschil maken voor klanten. Kortom, Wiggle heeft zeker sterke punten, maar er is duidelijk ruimte voor verbetering in de service en communicatie.De door ons geselecteerde videos.

OUTRAGEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVOID!!!
An avid road cyclist, I used Wiggle quite a bit a few years ago, but currently they are clearly having BIG problems - especially on the logistical / administration side. I recently purchased two pairs of the same shoe for size, but neither was right, so I sent them both back together, same day. Bizarrely, I only received refund for ONE, despite them both being returned together. Unfortunately, Wiggle have removed any way of contacting them - no telephone number, no direct email - only an email form on their website with painfully slow response. They continually lied during my correspondence (claiming they had already refunded me, or the information I provided was incorrect) and bluntly ended conversation threads, making me restart the whole process many times. I can only imagine to make me give up. After 4 weeks of constant (and painfully restarted) correspondence, I contacted the Citizens Advice Bureau who confirmed Wiggle were breaching common law and acting illegally. I had to raise a Visa dispute to finally get my money back from them. I will never, ever use them ever again.

Another Aramex FAIL
Similar story to others: my $200 wiggle order was stolen. because I was not told the delivery was coming (and was away for work), and Aramex tracking website still told me delivery was delayed for weeks after it was delivered. I took this up with Wiggle and they have washed their hands of my case, and told me to take it up with the courier! As if the courier is going to refund me!

Don't buy if you're in Australia!
Do not buy from Wiggle if you live in Australia!!! Buried way down in their website it says no PO Box, yet the shipping address field doesn't stop one being added. After finalising my order and finding this out, they're almost impossible to contact to change the address information. Emails take 48+ hrs to be answered and live chat was not available each time I checked. Their chosen courier company is worse. A nightmare to deal with, I'm sure were the inspiration for the TV show 'Swift and Shift Couriers'. I paid for express post, total rip off. Delay after delay. They were non contactable by phone, "live chat" (bot) was useless, I did not get any response until I bombarded every state's office with the same online enquiry form. When it did finally arrive to the re-directed non PO Box address weeks later, it was dumped on the doorstep, doorbell was not rung despite people being home and the only way we realised it was there was because I was tracking it closely! Way more hassle than it's worth. I will not use Wiggle again and would not recommend if you're in Australia unless they engage a better courier service...and update their address field to reject PO boxes in the first place.

I have used Wiggle previously without issue, delivery on time in Australia as forecast. This time however there was a mix up with the delivery address accepted at time of purchase but rejected a few days later and rectified immediately. Notwithstanding this I’m still waiting and getting the runaround from both Wiggle and Aramex the transport company. Purchase date was 4th August, it’s now 6th September. They were not slow in taking my money but very slow to resolve the issue. My inbox is full of ‘we’re working on it, please be patient’ emails. I’m running short on patience.

Delivery in a week?? From the UK to Sydney?? I can't get stuff delivered across Sydney in that time. Quality? I've been buying dhb cycling gear from Wiggle for over 14 years. Quality is not something I worry about. It will be well made and good quality.
