Mijn indruk van DUSK
Mijn eigen ervaring met de reviews over Dusk laat zien dat het echt een verhaal van twee kanten is. Ik zag bijvoorbeeld dat sommige klanten klaagden dat hun bestelde producten na een paar weken al stuk gingen, wat natuurlijk super frustrerend is. Aan de andere kant zijn er ook veel positieve reacties over de scherpe prijzen en de vriendelijke bezorgers. Een duidelijke verbetering zou zijn dat Dusk meer consistentie in hun productkwaliteit nastreeft, zodat je niet telkens verrassingen hebt. Ook zou de klantenservice sneller moeten reageren op klachten en vragen, zodat klanten zich gehoord voelen. Daarnaast zou betere communicatie rondom leveringen en retourzendingen kunnen zorgen dat het proces soepeler verloopt en minder stress oplevert voor de klant.De door ons geselecteerde videos.

Lack of communication /delayed delivery
Still Waiting for a bed which I expected a week ago. Got messed about by delivery company. Emailed Dusk and still waiting for a response . Wished I never ordered with them and should have gone with Dunelm who deliver on time. First and last time I will order from this company.

Ordered a dining table from them, no updates. Sent numerous emails no reply, tried calling no answer, posted on their social media & they ignored the comments but posted about a pop up. Worst thing is they have hid peoples comments about asking where there goods are!! They take your money & do not deliver your items!!! Going to report them to trading standards, they cant carry on like this!! Disgusting, taking peoples money & not delivering the goods!!
Took 6 months to send damaged goods again as replacement!!
Recently received a replacement tv unit after 6 months of chasing and the replacement is also damaged!!Appalling absent customer service as they are clearly not reading my numerous emails, numerous requests for a refund simply going unheard.

Shoddy beds, avoid Dusk
Ordered and built bed in February. Didn’t get to May and 2 legs had collapsed. Contacted company, customer service is appalling. Take weeks to respond to emails. Allegedly they have discontinued the parts needed yet the bed is still on sale on website. Strongly advise staying away from this company, beds are poor quality and once they have your money they are not interested

Ordered a Madison ottoman bed from Dusk Absolutely love the bed. Quality fab. I’m a moaning need it to be perfect kind of gal. No moans here at all. Easy to assemble Delivery was on time and was taken to the room of choice. Material and finish brilliant. For the price I paid it looks more expensive. Very Happy and pleased with my purchase. Thanks Dusk First for me no complaints lol 😁😁😁😁

We ordered 2 two seater sofa’s online paid in full on a debit card. Immediate e/mail sent with receipt along with another outlining delivery within 10 days. Updated with a delivery date and their agent who called with a 1 hour slot unfortunately the two delivery guys couldn’t get the boxed sofa’s through our lounge door’s however, they tried everything possible and were extremely helpful. They loaded the sofa’s back on their van and returned them. They told me to inform DUSK which I did both e/mail and telephone.. Chelsea was extremely helpful and explained a full refund would be processed once they had confirmation from their delivery agent of the return.. True to her word the money was back in our bank within the week. Excellent customer service from start to finish and can highly recommend this company and their delivery agents

Purchased a madison storage bed from Dusk, delivered on time with excellent delivery drivers who were very helpful professional and respectful of my home. Myself and my husband have just assembled with no issues and to be totally honest not one bit of stress. We read over the instructions and followed them step by step and it took us around 2 hours. Solid and sturdy and looks amazing and the fabric is nice and thick. An absolute value for money!!! Would HIGHLY HIGHLY recomend
