Animoto: Animoto: Droomtool of Teleurstelling? Ontdek Wat Gebruikers Echt Zeggen!

I signed up to Animoto 6 years ago and have used the service a few times to make simple videos. I was planning not to renew the service this year and when I logged in to cancel it, found the payment had been taken 7 days prior. I didn't receive any notice by email that it was due to renew soon. When I contacted them they would not issue a refund after I explained what had happened, and only offered to freeze my account until I was ready to start using it again, which I clearly didn't want to do. I don't recommend this company at all as they have some extremely poor company practices and customer service. There are numerous poor reviews listed for Animoto all echoing the same issues I have had. Please avoid giving them any credit card details and keep clear of this service at all costs. I would give them zero stars if this option was available.

Trash company! I signed up in 2021 days o make one video at an agreed price of $97 a year. They increased the price with no notice and then continued at the new price for 2 years. I noticed the second year and canceled the day after the charge but they refused to refund anything. They charged the full amount and then turned off my access. So I paid full price for 1 day of service. I tried to ask questions 5 times with no reply so I disputed the charge. Then they respond with everything saying I was in the wrong. Shady terrible company. Stay away!!!

Please be warned that this site is regularly hacked. Passwords and emails are stolen and uploaded on the dark Web. A lot of people have also input payment details for this site which is then accessible by those who have stolen your information. Please be careful. Seems Animoto are trying to get my review removed. I have screen shots proving what I am saying but Trustpilot doesn't have a feature for me to upload. I was alerted that my personal information was found on the darkweb twice because of Animoto. Logged into Animoto and changed my password, a week or so later I was alerted again that my new password and info had also been shared from Animoto onto the dark Web. This time I closed my account down. (I was alerted by Clearscore.com) *update* I closed my account down so do not have an account for you to find. I have however, emailed the email you provided with the screenshots from the email I set the now deleted account up with. Hope the screenshots help and you can avoid your customers information being stolen for the dark Web.

I received a bill from paypal for a subcription on the 15th for Animoto. It was for $108.00 so I did not reconize the name and deceided to investigate this. The company has me down for a subcription for which they said I agreed to. I have never used the program other than a year ago for the free trial. Apparently they uped me for the subcription then and charged me the same $108 which I must have missed last year. That's old business now. However this year after getting the charge yesterday I sent them a letter explain I don't want the product. Now this is the same day. Animoto told me they do not give refunds, but said they would give me a special code to use the program for six months at a time! Nice of them. On the same day I contacted PayPal to see what they will do if anything. After reading this I hope any future purchaser or user will cease, as they are in for poor CS service.

BEWARE OF ANIMOTO! The site is extremely difficult to use, their watermark covers the video and there is no way to download and keep your video! You can only "share" the link! And you can only create on your computer...no phone or tablet! BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THEY DON'T LET YOU DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT! It's fixed to SAVE not DELETE! This site is one of THE WORST out there! Extremely dishonest! NO WAY would I pay for this garbage! 👎👎

This is a very comfortable app for all user especially if they cannot by a new laptop which has it for free or for the ones who cannot buy the video apps...Thank you Animoto to make videos to my friends, family, and for youtube...I have a youtube channel Purvika's channel....It is so helpful and comfortable to use...I liked it so much that I made a video on my youtube channel how to use Animoto...I have rated 5 star it should have been 10 stars...Thank you for this app...
