Ik heb zelf wat Rapala spullen gekocht en echt onder de indruk van de kwaliteit. Een keer ging er een hengel stuk na een paar keer vissen, en Rapala zorgde meteen voor een vervanging zonder gedoe. De levering was altijd snel, wat ook fijn is. Toch zou het handig zijn als ze wat meer info geven over de garantie, want dat was niet helemaal duidelijk voor mij. Al met al blijf ik wel vertrouwen op Rapala voor duurzame en stijlvolle visaccessoires.De door ons geselecteerde videos.

Great Service Replacing Bag
Some time back I bought a Rapala 3-in-1 Combo backpack from one of my favorite fishing shops in Sydney called Fishing R Us. Unfortunately the bottom zip on the backpack broke and I contacted Rapala VMC to have it replaced. Spoke with Mitchell Petty who was a great help. He advised me to take it back to the shop and a week later the shop told me to come pick up my new bag. This was great service from a great brand like Rapala. I have been using your products for many years and a pleasant experience like this has won you many more sales and a loyal customer. Thanks for your help and look forward to keeping on using your products for many decades to come. FR

I recently purchased a Rapala giant lure for Father’s Day it was an excellent gift my father loved it. It was a 29 in. Firetiger lure comes in a giant Rapala lure box it looks just like a lure right off the store shelf just giant. They guaranteed it would be there by Father’s Day and it showed up a day earlier than the Scheduled delivery date
