Mobvoi: Verleidelijk design, maar werken de functies echt? Ontdek de waarheid!
Mijn indruk van Mobvoi
Toen ik mijn Mobvoi horloge kocht, was ik echt onder de indruk van het stijlvolle ontwerp en hoe soepel alles werkte. Maar na een paar weken merkte ik dat de GPS soms nogal slordig was en de gezondheidssensoren niet altijd accuraat de data weergaven. Ook waren er weinig tot geen updates beschikbaar, wat het gebruik frusterend maakte. De klantenservice duurde lang met reageren toen ik hulp nodig had. Het zou super zijn als Mobvoi vaker software-updates uitbrengt en de GPS betrouwbaarder maakt. Ondanks deze issues blijf ik het design en de gebruiksvriendelijkheid waarderen, maar er is zeker ruimte voor verbetering als ze klanten tevreden willen houden.De door ons geselecteerde videos.

I bought a Ticwath pro 5. In 3 months the watch stop working. The website indicate that the watch is 5atm water resistent. The company told me i could even take a shower or wash hand with the watch (this information is ultra hide in the website) Nobody who buys a sports expensive watch expected not to wash hands with a 5 atm water resistent watch.
One of the worst companies I've ever…
One of the worst companies I've ever crossed paths with. I strongly advise you to not waste any pennies on this company. You buy a product that initially seems an expensive well manufactured product. Then you start to see problems with your device, and then you try to contact their costumer service. Here is the reality, their products are good concepts and seem powerful, but they are really bad actually, the metal of tic watch gps 3 is a low grade metal, and the "glass" is just plastic, already with full of scratches. The hardware is not good, my watch is almost 10 months old, and everyday already has bugs, the battery is dead after 2 to 3 hours, and today it just doesn't turn on!! Just think, I wasted 200€ on this crap. The worst part of all??? COSTUMER SERVICE! The watch's warranty is a crappy 30% discount to buy a new one!!! What in the hell company does this? "Sorry but we only offer discounts to compensate your unluck". Garbage company, garbage watches.
Mobvoi es un timo
La aplicación tampoco permite eliminar usuario, lo que vulnera la ley de protección de datos. He actualizado mi ticwatch pro 3 siguiendo todos los pasos tanto en el reloj como en la aplicación y ya no se conecta. No pasa del primer paso de la configuración, no importa que haga factory reset o borre caché. No va. NO COMPREN NADA MOBVOI. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM MOBVOI.

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company, they will not send your order and will not reply to tell you. The customer service is appalling. I think I have been ripped off and will never see the product and will lose my money. I should have read these reviews before - they all say the same thing: DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY.

I bought a pair of Mobvoi gesture control earbuds. The concept of controlling the earbuds with head movements was intriguing. However, despite being on charge all day, the earbuds wouldn't charge or connect. Also, when on charge, the earbuds were emitting a strange gnat-like buzzing sound, which was annoying. As a result, I was unable to determine whether the gesture control feature worked. I happily returned them to the store!

Great Daily Wear Tic Watch PRO3 GPS
I bought GPS Pro3 Ticwatch in October-2020 directly from Mobvoi website and i can confidently say that this is good daily wear and really look good on wrist. Watch battery, processing ability so far has not given any trouble. I have not explored or checked this watch as swimwear or its manufacturer claimed smart side, may be i am not in need as of date but i love wearing it.
Assistenza e servizio post vendita eccellente
Prima dell'acquisto, leggendo le varie recensioni, ero un po' perplesso. Ma essendo che sono relativamente poche (le recensioni negative) ho voluto continuare con l'acquisto. Purtroppo ho avuto un problema con il prodotto, ma l'assistenza è stato veramente eccellente! Addirittura nel periodo di capodanno hanno continuato con l'assistenza. Ho effettuato un cambio e nel giro di 5 giorni avevo già il prodotto nuovo. Sono rimasto impressionato dall'allefficienza del servizio. Per mia personale esperienza posso solo consigliare l'aquisto per il servizio post vendita e ovviamente per il prodotto di ottima qualità. (TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra GPS)
Super montre, livraison rapide, help desk efficace
J'ai porté deux Smartwatch Samsung ces dernières années et la Ticwatch Pro 5 est a la fois mieux (en particulier autonomie) et moins chère. Commande passée directement sur le site Mobvoi et montre reçue sous 3 jours. J'avais du mal a trouver le bracelet supplémentaire et le Helpdesk a immédiatement répondue a mes questions. Cinq étoiles sans hésiter.
